Tech Adoption
Though I am an architect by qualification, I have always believed that technology is the key enabler in differentiating myself from competitors and giving me an edge. In 2021, I purchased around 40 high-end NVIDIA GPUs for rendering purposes. We created Oculus Rift-based 3-D virtual environments to present our upcoming projects.
In 2023, as part of my commitment to digital transformation, I fully digitized our day-to-day marketing and company operations. In 2024, we procured software that uses GenAI to create stunning architectural plans/layouts and unbelievable interiors.
While I come from a traditional real estate family, I have adopted technology in the implementation of my projects. My villas have basic IoT features, with an option to upgrade.
